Welcome to Vibe Loop, developed and operated by DGCT SERVICES. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Vibe Loop Android application and its related services (available at vibeloop.online). We are committed to protecting your privacy, personal data, and digital interactions across our social platform. By downloading, accessing, or using Vibe Loop, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy, which fully complies with the Google Play Developer Policy (2026).
2. Information We Collect
To provide a seamless social, streaming, and interactive experience, Vibe Loop collects various types of data. This includes information you provide directly (such as profile details and user posts/moments), data collected automatically (such as usage patterns, network details, and crash reports), and data from third parties (such as authentication providers). We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate features like live streams, VIP memberships, and creator earnings.
3. Personal Information
When you register for a Vibe Loop account, we may ask you to provide identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, profile picture, gender, and date of birth. This information is used to establish your identity, secure your account, display your User Profile, and manage social connections like your Friends System and Followers.
4. Device Information
We automatically collect specific information about the device you use to access Vibe Loop. This includes your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI or Android ID for analytics and anti-fraud purposes), and mobile network information. Device data helps us optimize video streaming quality and resolve app crashes.
5. Camera Permission
Vibe Loop requires access to your device's camera to facilitate its core features, including Live Video Streaming, Video Rooms, PK Battles, and taking photos for your User Profile or Moments. Camera access is strictly requested at runtime, and video feeds are securely transmitted. We do not record or store your live camera feed without explicit platform interaction.
6. Microphone Permission
To enable Voice Chat Rooms, Live Chat, and broadcasting capabilities during Live Streams and Video Rooms, the app requires microphone access. Audio streams are processed in real-time to connect you with multiple guests and audiences. The microphone is only active when you are engaged in an active broadcast, room, or recording a voice note.
7. Storage Permission
Storage access (read/write permissions or scoped storage depending on your Android version) is required to allow you to upload profile pictures, share media in Private Chats, and post Moments. It also allows the app to temporarily cache media files to improve load times and reduce data consumption.
8. Notification Permission
With your consent, we send Push Notifications to keep you updated on platform activities. These include alerts when users you follow start a live stream, notifications of incoming messages, friend requests, system announcements, and updates regarding your Creator Earnings or Withdrawal requests. You can manage these preferences in the app settings.
9. Location Permission (if enabled)
If you choose to enable location services, Vibe Loop may collect your approximate or precise location to provide localized content, suggest nearby users, and rank local leaderboards. Location data is never shared publicly without your consent and can be revoked at any time via your device settings.
10. Live Video Streaming
Our platform allows users to host and participate in Live Video Streaming. By initiating a live stream, you acknowledge that your broadcast is public (unless set otherwise) and can be viewed, interacted with, and gifted by other users. All live broadcasts are subject to real-time Content Moderation to ensure community safety.
11. Voice Rooms
Vibe Loop offers Voice Chat Rooms where multiple users can converse in real-time. As a host or participant, your voice is broadcasted to the room's audience. Audio interactions must adhere to our Community Guidelines, and abusive language is strictly prohibited.
12. Video Rooms
Multi Guest Live Rooms and private Video Rooms allow collaborative video interactions. Data transmitted during these sessions is encrypted in transit. Users must maintain appropriate conduct, and hosts possess administrative controls to mute or remove disruptive participants.
13. PK Battles
During PK Battles, two creators compete in a split-screen live format to earn Virtual Gifts from their respective audiences. Performance metrics, gifting statistics, and user interactions during PK Battles are tracked to determine the winner and update global Leaderboards.
14. Virtual Gifts
Users can send Virtual Gifts (animations, stickers, special effects) to content creators during live streams and in rooms. Virtual Gifts are strictly digital items used exclusively within the Vibe Loop platform and have no direct real-world monetary value outside of our defined Creator Earnings program.
15. Virtual Diamonds
Virtual Diamonds are the internal platform currency of Vibe Loop, used to purchase Virtual Gifts, VIP Memberships, and unlock premium features. Diamonds are non-transferable between accounts and can only be acquired through the official app Recharge System.
16. Google Play Billing
All financial transactions for digital goods within the Vibe Loop Android app are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or direct payment details. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service and Billing policies.
17. In-App Purchases
Vibe Loop offers various In-App Purchases (IAPs) to enhance your experience, including acquiring Virtual Diamonds, subscribing to VIP Memberships, and upgrading User Levels. These purchases are final and are governed by our Refund Policy as well as Google Play's standard IAP rules.
18. Recharge System
The Recharge System allows users to top up their account balance with Virtual Diamonds. Recharging must be done through authorized channels (Google Play Billing). Any attempt to bypass the official recharge system via third-party hacks or unauthorized vendors will result in immediate Account Suspension.
19. Wallet System
Your in-app Wallet tracks your Virtual Diamonds (purchased balance) and your Creator Earnings (earned via receiving Virtual Gifts). The Wallet acts as a ledger for your digital assets within Vibe Loop, providing a history of your recharges, gifts sent, and gifts received.
20. Withdrawal Policy
Creators can convert their earned balance into fiat currency via our Withdrawal Request System. Withdrawal requests are subject to eligibility criteria, identity verification (KYC), platform rules, and applicable local laws. DGCT SERVICES reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.
21. Creator Earnings
When users receive Virtual Gifts during streams, Voice/Video Rooms, or PK Battles, a portion of the gift's value is credited to the creator as earnings. The exchange rate and revenue share model are detailed within the app's monetization portal and may be updated periodically by Vibe Loop.
22. Refund Policy
All purchases of Virtual Diamonds and VIP Memberships are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law or granted by Google Play under their refund policies. If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or in error, you must contact Google Play Support or our support team immediately.
23. User Generated Content
Vibe Loop allows users to create and share User Generated Content (UGC), including live streams, moments, chat messages, and profile information. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or broadcast. By posting content, you grant Vibe Loop a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
24. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe environment, users must strictly adhere to our Community Guidelines. Illegal, abusive, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited. Harassment, bullying, and spamming will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.
25. Account Suspension
Vibe Loop reserves the right to permanently or temporarily suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, cheating, money laundering, or any Community Guideline violations. Suspended users forfeit their wallet balances, Virtual Diamonds, and VIP status without compensation.
26. Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated AI tools and human moderation teams to review Live Streams, Moments, and user profiles. Live streams and user-generated content are strictly moderated to detect and remove policy-violating content promptly, ensuring compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.
27. Reporting & Blocking
Users have access to in-app Reporting and Blocking systems. You can instantly block users to prevent them from contacting you or viewing your content. You can also report profiles, live streams, or posts that violate our guidelines. Our moderation team reviews these reports within 24 hours.
28. Third-Party Services
Vibe Loop may integrate third-party services (such as authentication providers or cloud storage) to facilitate app functionality. These third parties may have access to certain personal data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
29. Firebase
We utilize Google Firebase Services (including Firebase Realtime Database, Firestore, and Firebase Authentication) to manage the app's backend infrastructure, push notifications, and real-time syncing of Live Chats and Rooms. Firebase handles data securely in accordance with Google's privacy protocols.
30. Google Play Services
Our app relies on Google Play Services for core functionalities such as location processing, billing, and security checks. Your interaction with these services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We ensure our app's implementation complies with Google's Data Safety requirements.
31. Analytics
We use analytical tools, including Crash Reporting and Firebase Analytics, to collect anonymous data on app performance, user engagement, and feature adoption. This data helps us identify bugs, optimize the UI for Leaderboards and Profiles, and improve the overall Vibe Loop experience.
32. Cookies
While the Android app natively stores data in local device storage, web-based components of Vibe Loop (such as our official website vibeloop.online or in-app webviews) may use "cookies" to maintain session states, remember your preferences, and track analytics. You can manage web cookie preferences via your browser.
33. Security
We value your trust in providing your Personal Information. Vibe Loop utilizes commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including SSL encryption for data in transit and secure server infrastructure. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
34. Data Retention
We retain your personal data and wallet transaction history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may delete or anonymize your data per our retention schedules.
35. Children's Privacy (13+)
Vibe Loop is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers and terminate the account.
36. GDPR & International Users
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or regions with similar data protection laws, Vibe Loop operates in compliance with GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data. If you are an international user, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction.
37. Account Deletion
In compliance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy, users can request full account deletion directly within the Vibe Loop app via the Settings menu, or by emailing our support team. Upon deletion, your profile, moments, friends list, and remaining wallet balance are permanently removed from our active systems.
38. Changes to this Privacy Policy
DGCT SERVICES may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes via Push Notifications or an in-app announcement. Your continued use of Vibe Loop after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
